Loving Being Home!

Emily really loved taking her hand and covering my ear so that she could hear my hearing aids go absolutely crazy.. What a cutie!

Well I have been home from the mission now for a few days. I've just been trying to get things figured out on what I'm going to be doing. Life has completely hit me in the face. But it's totally cool. I knew that it would. I have enjoyed being home. It's been great and really fun.. I'm not much for bloggin the past few days But, I thought that I had better get back to business because there were tons of you that I promised that I would upload mission pics.

This was Ron Farmer's birthday party. He's chosen to be baptized here pretty quick. He's the one in the back with the hat on and eyes closed... Congrats Ron.. You're a stud for hangin in there!

Let me start back at Thursday when I got off the airplane. Well I arrived in Idaho Falls at like 5:15 ish.. not really sure. I was the 2nd one off the airplane. It was good to see the family there. Well we went to Grandma Kump's house for a bit and then Uncle Jesse and I had to be gone by 6:45 pm to get to President Christensen's house for me to get released from the mission.We got there at like 6:51 pm and then we went in and he talked to me for a bit and gave me some advice and then released me and then we were gone by 7:08 pm. It wasn't too long at all. After that, we all went to Smitty's for dinner. That was great. I of course, love salmon so much that it's what I had for dinner. Then afterwards we basically crashed.

Jake and Justin came over at like 10 pm or so and I played the Wii with them. I'm telling you, for not ever playing the wii, it was a lot of fun. Well I've played it like once but I had never done the Wii fit. That thing is crazy but way fun.. They stayed til like 2 am.We had quite a bit to do friday during the day. I was able to go out to lunch with Lindsay and Jake. We went to Fazoli's. That place is pretty good.

Later on that night at 5 pm we headed for Salt Lake. We went to Aunt Nette's house for dinner when we got down there to Salt Lake. She made wonderful Salmon. I love it so much. If you coulldn't tell cuz I had it the previous night as well. We then hung out til we had to go to the Salt Lake Airport to get grandpa. He was in Chicago on business...

Saturday, we woke up and got all ready for the Draper Temple Open House. We were supposed to be there at 11 as that's when our tickets were for but we were running a bit late. But we were able to go through. It was great. What a beautiful temple.Afterwards we went to Sweet Tomatoes for Lunch. I love that place. I had only been there once when I was on the mission. It was pretty good.

Well then I went to go shopping. Well I had forgotten how bad I hated shopping. I went around the mall like for an hour and only bought a belt. Pretty dumb huh. But that is how bad I hate shopping for clothes.

Then came fore the fun times... I went on a date later on that night with Amber.. Well I had a great time. We went to Boon Docks in Draper to play laser tag. We had a lot of fun. I of course, beat her. We also played Ski Ball and also raced on the bullet bikes. Well we all know how that went. I totally beat her. Well she beat me only a few times. But we had a great time.

We had to stop at a gas station, and guess what? Well a young girl and young man had locked their keys in their car. So I helped them. Within like 10 to 15 mintues I had the car opened. They were pretty happy.. I thought to myself, "I totally would make myself look like a Hero on the first date.." But it was hilarious. We had tons of fun..
